The second phase involves the development, practice, refinement and mastery of productive behavioral patterns. This phase places a strong emphasis on the resources and skills necessary to develop and consistently implement an EFFECTIVE MINDSET.
The initial phase involves a thorough assessment of the personnel within your organization. This phase targets the identification of the various underlying, confusing and misunderstood factors that influence behavior. In particular, the unproductive behaviors that result in discomfort and are deemed "problems".
A key component of this system is the an efficient problem solving tool called ProbSolv™. This pared down template eases the process for more seasoned leaders to quickly identify the factors influencing the causes of a problem and the development of beneficial and sustainable solutions.
As trainers, we send messages that provide the opportunity to deprogram unproductive patterns of thought and behavior to develop what we have termed the EFFECTIVE MINDSET, a mode of self-management and operation that leads to more productive outcomes. The messages we send in order to role model and guide towards the learning of the EFFECTIVE MINDSET are conveyed through seven key mechanisms.
